During your session, we will utilize a wide range of techniques and modalities that are best suited for you on that given day. Our massage and bodywork sessions also make use of stretching, various tools, heat and cooling therapies designed to benefit the muscles in different ways. Whether you want a healing therapy, relaxing getaway or something in between, you can enjoy the many benefits massage has to offer.

Drops of your choice of essential oil will be mixed into a fragrance-free massage medium to be used throughout your massage.
Aromatherapy Blends:
Uplifting
A cheerful blend featuring bright notes of citrus, floral lavender, woodsy atlas cedarwood and vetiver, topped off with a refreshing splash of spearmint.
Focus
A bright blend featuring sweet orange, lemon, lime, floral lavandin and grounding vetiver aromas.
Clearing
A fresh, camphorus blend of balsam and pine, renewing citrus, purifying tea tree and manuka.
Bedtime
A gentle blend of soothing lavender, renewing citrus, restoring frankincense and calming blue tansy essential oils.

The entire massage will be performed using TheraReleaf Extra-Strength CBD Massage Oil specifically formulated to provide soothing relief to sore muscles and joints. Each treatment delivers 25mgs of high strength transdermal CBD.
In addition to full body relief, focus areas of your choosing will receive a more targeted treatment with TheraReleaf Pain Relieving Arnica Salve which provides and extra dose of CBD complete with arnica which helps to further reduce pain, swelling and inflammation.
The entire massage is performed using MuscleCare massage lotion that delivers time released, bioavailable magnesium to promote more efficient contractions of muscles while preventing muscle cramps and spasms.
In addition to providing full body relief, MuscleCare Pain Relieving Ointment is used on the focus areas of your choosing to provide deeper, stronger pain relief for stubborn, chronic pain. It uses the active ingredients of menthol and camphor to provide a warming effect that temporarily distracts from and provides relief for minor aches and pains in muscles and joints associated with arthritis, strains, sprains and bruises.
Upgrade your session to a Hot Stone massage. This type of massage involves the placement of heated Himalayan salt stones on different points of the body while the therapist applies a combination of massage strokes and techniques to the body both with and without the stones as an extension of their hands.
The heat from the stones helps to warm up and relax tight muscle tissue, allowing the therapist to work more deeply and comfortably on problem areas. It also helps to improve blood flow and circulation while providing relaxation and stress relief.
