We are attached to Exile Gym and can be accessed from both inside the gym as well as through our separate entrance.

The entrance to our office is located in the front (facing Pulaski Highway) all the way to the left of the building by the flag pole underneath the Exile Health & Wellness sign.
Gym Member Access

To access the clinic from inside the gym, please enter the glass door at the back of the cardio equipment section next to the cubbies and restrooms.
Public Access
​
For those who are not members of the gym, we ask that you utilize our main entrance separate from the gym as the gym doors will be locked and not accessible without a membership key card. When looking at the front of the building (side that faces Pulaski Highway), we are the entrance all the way to the left of the parking lot by the flag pole under the Exile Health & Wellness sign.
Parking
Parking at the gym can be very packed depending on the time of day. We suggest arriving early to secure a parking spot without cutting into your appointment time. You may park anywhere in the gym parking lot including the gravel section surrounding our entrance.
If there is no parking available in the gym lot, feel free to utilize parking along Todds Lane. In addition, you may park in the Independent Can Company (Steeltin) parking lot across Todd’s Lane AFTER 4PM ONLY.
Please do not double park or block other vehicles as your vehicle will be subject to tow.
Handicapped Access
Before Booking Appointment
If you are in need of handicapped access please let us know at the time of booking your appointment with us.
Our treatment rooms are located on the second floor of the building and we do not have an elevator. When given advanced notice, we can accommodate you by utilizing one of the Physical Therapy rooms on the first floor.

Arriving for Your Appointment

We do have ramp access to the building through the gym entrance. Please notify us when you arrive by calling the front desk so that we can let you in and escort you through the gym to the clinic.
